CCB coordinates the following medical and related services:

 

• New Milford Visiting Nurses provide services at various nursing skill levels depending on need of the senior.

• VNA also administers CCB's Medical Assistance Fund on our behalf. 

• New Milford Hospital extends its programs for arranging/providing preventative information to Bridgewater and will provides liaison(s) for information, services and programs.

• CCB facilitates communication between seniors and the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging.
